Test out a new app for anxiety, depression, stress, and general wellbeing.
The University Counseling Center at the University of Utah is partnering with the
ACT Research Group at Utah State University to offer students acces to a wellness
app based on a well evidenced strategy for mental health called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
If you are a current University of Utah student, 18 years or older, and own an iPhone
or Android, you may be eligible to participate in a new study by researchers at Utah
State University.
Participation will involve trying out an app for improved mental wellbeing and completing two assessments over an eight-week period.
If you are receiving therapy or counseling services, please note participation is completely up to you and will not limit the services you receive.
