Our Message to the Community
The Counseling Center is doing everything we can to connect students to mental health services as quickly as possible. Wait times for mental health services are, unfortunately, common across Utah due to the growing demand for these services. Nevertheless, we are still doing everything we can to help students get the help that they need.

What's new in the UCC?
Introducing Single Session, a one-time only meeting with a counselor for students currently enrolled at the University of Utah. Single Session appointments are ideal for students wanting to be seen one time for a particular concern or ambivalent about seeking counseling services.
Check out the Wellness Carnival!
Each year, the Center for Campus Wellness hosts a Wellness Fair highlighting campus resources and give students the chance to learn about opportunities across our favorite tool, the “Wellness Wheel!”
Featuring twenty-two participating offices, students explore an immersive arcade of wellness activities and build skills to support their well-being as they approach finals season.
November 20, 11 am - 2 PM, Union Ballroom
