Thank you for your interest in our support groups! You do not need to be a counseling center client to join. Anyone affiliated with the university can attend. Staff, faculty, and students are welcome. There is no charge for group participation.
Support Groups we Currently Offer
- Sharing and Caring, a Mindfulness Based Grief Support Group meets Fridays from 4-5 pm. This group meets
in room 334 of the Student Services Building.

- The Men’s Self-Compassion Group meets Fridays from 1-2 pm. This group meets in room 334 of the Student Services Building.

- Faith + Doubt, meets Fridays from 10-11 am. This group provides support to those who are exploring
and/or questioning their spiritual/religious/philosophical take on life. This group
meets in room 342 of the Student Services Building.
